Codex Pet Gallery

Coming soon

New companions are on the way. The gallery is registry-driven — drop a pet into pets.json and it appears here, no redesign required.

Installing a pet

  1. Download the pet's ZIP (for Lux, use the button on its card).
  2. Unzip it. You'll get a single folder named after the pet (e.g. Lux/) containing pet.json and spritesheet.webp.
  3. Move that folder into your Codex pets directory: ~/.codex/pets/ (create it if it doesn't exist).
  4. Restart Codex — your new companion appears automatically.

Prefer to grab pieces individually? Every asset has its own download link on the pet's card.
