Gender dysphoria went away after supplementing zinc and magnesium?¶

I couldn't find anything on the internet discussing this, and I'm curious to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Basically, I'm a 23 y/o male. I've always publicly identified as straight but in secret I've had huge problems with gender dysphoria, meaning I've felt like I'm a woman. I've had this my whole life and it comes and goes in waves. I might be 100% comfortable being a man for 2-3 weeks, and then I'll want to be a woman for 1-2 weeks, and then the cycle continues.
This has had negative consequences for my relationships with past girlfriends since I never told them about it, and I wasn't interested in them during periods where I wanted to be a woman (which made them feel rejected). The reason I never told anyone about it or took any steps towards transitioning to a woman is because the feeling never lasted more than 1 or 2 weeks, and for that reason I never dared to.
Either way, for the past six months I've been taking ZMA (zinc and magnesium) and I've felt 100% like a straight man for this entire time, which has never happened for this long throughout my whole life so far. I literally have zero urges to be a woman ever since getting on this supplement, and I thought it would be interesting to see if anyone else has experienced this or something similar.
TLDR: I used to have gender dysphoria until I started supplementing zinc and magnesium.
